Watch out for another morning of dense fog across the area, as that will burn off after 8-9 AM. Clouds increase after, then the arrival of the wintry weather moves in this afternoon. Breezy conditions out of the north will continue, making it feel colder throughout the day. At least a coasting to 2" is expected, with higher amounts closer to the VA/NC state line.
