Blake Armitage on Instagram: "BOX JUMP like a PRO ✅ Facing the box is valid… But there’s a lot of spinning involved and counteracting that by using the other leg is tricky 🥴 1️⃣ Instead—turn in 45 degrees so that you’re facing the corner of the box. 2️⃣ Then jump and land on top. The toe of the leading leg should be hanging off the ledge. This makes it easier to step down. 3️⃣ As you step down with the leading leg, turn into the other corner of the box and repeat!"

Blake Armitage on Instagram: "Butterfly No No’s The bicycle drill is a forbidden at my gym  ✅ I’m all for drills if they help somebody understand key positions. ‍♂️ But there are no key positions in the bicycle drill. - It’s over complicated 勞 - It’s a broken position 洛 - It puts too much emphasis on the legs 例 GO BACK ➡️ to basics! A butterfly is simply just a Kip swing… Which is simply just a hollow and Superman position."
