Security video captures the moment a tractor-trailer nearly crashes into an ambulance building

SHENANDOAH - Shortly before 4:30pm Sunday afternoon, the Shenandoah Fire Department was dispatched to the South Vine and West Oak Streets in the borough for an ATV accident. Crews were directed to the area of the Rosa Breaker, behind Boyer's Food Markets, where the accident had occurred. The victim was taken from the scene via Shenandoah Ambulance to the helipad at 300 East Washington Street to an awaiting MedEvac helicopter.
