El Paso, TX - On August 26, 2020, the El Paso County Animal Welfare Department was dispatched to 300 block of Mayapan, San Elizario, Texas in reference to Animal Cruelty. It was reported that a male suspect in a dark-colored truck abandoned a white and brown female Bulldog canine with medical issues to include mammary tumors.
