my show up 100 hasn’t looked how I wanted it to. I’m still dealing with this shoulder pain, life has gotten so busy, and honestly I feel so behind on a lot of projects. But what’s important is to focus on what I can control. It’s to show up every day the best I can - of course I want to celebrate big wins - but if we only focus on the eating the entire cake; then we miss the tasty goodness of every bite. . found the @taylorswift bench in @centennialpark 2 weeks since coming a show girl ✨ . progress is progress no matter how “small” . As someone who could sleep 25 hours a day - just not napping gave me so much of my time back AND I slept better at night. CRAZY RIGHT. 😂 . Anyways - alarm ✅ not napping ✅ I have GOT to drink my water… like. way more water. That’s my next goal. 80oz of water a day. Why?
