Woman raises an alarm as man is observed exiting her bedroom window in Tobago : Around the 7pm on Friday 31st October the victim secured her home at Cinnamon Hill, Northside Road Scarborough, by locking all doors and windows and retired to bed around 7pm. On Saturday 1st November the victim was awoken by a noise and observed a male figure clad in a blue hoodie exiting her bedroom through a window which is facing in a Eastern direction.
