On July 23, 2018, a Quad City Challenger was involved in an accident during landing at Oshkosh, Wisconsin. While turning from base to final, the pilot made a wide turn and became uncertain of the runway alignment. Despite adding power, the airplane entered a descending left turn and the left wing contacted the ground near the runway threshold.
