I didn’t cook this LOL. My Iraqi friend did. Iraqi dolma is served hot and in addition to the grape leaves (or chard) and veggies stuffed with rice, meat and spices, you also cook it with lamb, and I like it with Lima beans too. There are tons of mouth-watering Iraqi dishes and ai love them all, but I’ve never met someone who didn’t love dolma. It’s always the crowd pleaser.
