Come behind the scenes in our Vermont chocolate factory as we handcraft a batch of our dark chocolate Cherry Cordials. Our cherries are soaked in vodka before getting dipped in a sugar fondant. This housemade fondant will liquify as the cherries set up and become the cordial center. The cherries are then hand-dipped, two at a time in only the best fair trade dark chocolate.
