Live emergency update on severe weather and #tornado threat across the Dakotas into southeastern Saskatchewan this late afternoon and evening! We see two target areas for tornadoes: (1) closer to the surface low southeastern SK into northwestern ND and (2) higher ceiling target in central SD in the wake of morning MCS. A storm may not form here but could go big if initiation happens. Stay tuned to severe weather watches starting around 4-5 pm
