CANAAN, N.Y. — A Pittsfield woman was killed in a single-car crash on Route 295 on Thanksgiving evening, state police said. Sierra Tassone, 20, was a rear passenger in the car that crashed about 5:50 p.m. Thursday. The car was traveling westbound near the intersection of Stony Kill Road, according to State Police spokesman Aaron Hicks.
