A 43-year-old Paterson man has been arrested and charged in the fatal Aug. 5 stabbing of a 37-year-old man from Paterson.

Jose Martinez, 36, was sentenced on Aug. 7 by Passaic County Superior Court Judge Sohail Mohammed to two terms of 30 years.
