A day before President Donald Trump signed an executive order banning transgender athletes from women’s sports, three University of Pennsylvania graduates sued their alma mater over the inclusion of a transgender student in a women’s swimming competition.

Former student-athletes from the University of Pennsylvania sued the school to get transgender swimmer Lia Thomas’s records expunged. According to court documents obtained by Fox News, UPenn alumni Grace Estabrook,

Former members of the University of Pennsylvania women’s swim team said they were left “emotionally traumatised” by training with transgender athlete Lia Thomas and have called for her records to be scrubbed, according to the suit.
