Jason Momoa will star in and executive produce the new drama "Chief of War," premiering on Apple TV+ on Aug. 1.

Apple TV+ has unveiled a first look at Chief of War, Jason Momoa ‘s upcoming Hawaiian war epic that he stars in and co-created. The drama series, which follows the unprecedented telling of the unification and colonization of Hawai’i from an indigenous point of view, is set to premiere on the streamer Aug. 1.
