Gaming giant Tencent has announced Light of Motiram for PC, which is being called a blatant rip-off of Sony's Horizon series.

Tencent subsidiary Polaris Quest has announced Light of Motiram, an open-world survival crafting game with mechanised animal-like creatures.

Players are accusing Tencent ‘s latest game of looking very similar to Horizon Zero Dawn and Horizon Forbidden West. Light of Motiram is developed by Polaris Quest, a subsidiary of Tencent. The game is described as an open world adventure set in a land “where human civilisation has ceased to exist”.

Details about an epic-looking upcoming sci-fi adventure game just dropped. The images and teaser trailer depict a post-apocalyptic world in which humans in primitive-style garb battle giant dinosaur-like robots while sweeping orchestral music plays.

An upcoming Tencent game is drawing ire for how similar it looks to Horizon Zero Dawn. Former Blizzard boss Mike Ybarra even took to Twitter to mention it, writing, "Ladies and gentlemen - Tencent," above the game's announcement.
