Hannah Kobayashi, the Hawaii woman who’s been missing for more than three weeks after arriving in Los Angeles on a flight from Maui, has been declared a voluntary missing person, Los Angeles police said Monday.

Almost a month after Hannah Kobayashi, a 30-year-old aspiring photographer from Hawaii, was reported missing after being last seen at Los Angeles International Airport, investigators are claiming she intentionally missed her flight to New York City and may have disappeared voluntarily.
