GLENN DALE, Md. — Upper Crust Baker, operating as Crest Hill Bakery, has issued a recall for three bread products that may contain glass shards. The April 12 recall affects Ancient Grains Hoagie Rolls, Multigrain Sourdough and Whole Grain Multigrain Bread. A glass fragment was found on the seeded bread.
