Maine State Police say traffic is flowing again after a fatal crash Friday morning led to a full shut down of traffic on the I-295 between mile markers 3 and 4. Officials say the crash happened near the toll booth in Scarborough after a vehicle was driving in the wrong direction and collided head-on with a tractor trailer.
