Walmart pre-orders in particular seem to be getting hit the hardest, judging from dozens of posts on social media sites like X and Reddit. While some customers aren’t surprised by this turn of events — they placed pre-orders days after most had been sold out at other major retailers — others say that they placed their orders the day they went live.

The Switch 2 will be released on June 5 and will see an upgraded Switch console with a bigger screen, new games, and a whole new number of features to be included. To begin with, pre-ordering the device was a bit of a struggle, but the good news is that shoppers can get their hands on it right now.
