The Golden State Warriors have officially tendered the $7.9 million qualifying offer to Jonathan Kuminga. Should Kuminga decline the qualifying offer — which he is expected to do — he will officially become a restricted free agent. Other teams can present an offer sheet, which the Warriors can match.
