Ethan Nieneker faces capital murder charges for allegedly shooting three people, including a 4-year-old girl, during a carjacking at an Austin Target store.

Three people were killed Monday in a shooting at a Target store in Austin, Texas. The Austin Police Department said the shooting began around 2:15 p.m. local time in the parking lot at the North Austin location. News cameras recorded video of customers and employees being evacuated from the store.

A 4-year-old girl, her grandfather and a Target employee have been identified as the victims killed in a shooting outside of a Target store in Austin, Texas, according to police.
