Palworld absolutely blew up when it was released back in 2024. The 'Pokemon with guns' (a branding the devs have tried to escape from) game was so successful that the game's developer, Pocketpair, has launched its own publishing branch.

Fans have a new way to interact with their favorite Pals in the upcoming Palworld: More Than Just Pals dating game.

"Nothing's happening at the moment," John "Bucky" Buckley said, though he added: "We're still always thinking about these things."

Earlier this year, Pocketpair Publishing went public and announced its first deal with Surgent Studios - the indie team behind overlooked Metroidvania Tales of Kenzera: ZAU - which is set to be making a new horror game with funding from Palworld's giant success.

Pokemon's legal feud with Pocketpair has been no secret, but that doesn't mean that the development team isn't willing to consider an appearance on Nintendo's next home console.
