CEO of Paramount Global, is helping negotiate a settlement of the president’s lawsuit against CBS News, with the pending merger of Paramount and Skydance in the balance.

CBS is wrapping 17 years as the nation's most-watched network, an impressive feat given the turmoil in the industry and around the Eye in particular.

When asked about 60 Minutes' ongoing legal battle with the president, CEO George Cheeks kindly replied, "I appreciate the try, but I’ve had no tequila today."
