It's been nearly two weeks since 10 inmates at the Orleans Parish jail escaped the facility, breaching a toilet and climbing through a hole in the wall, scaling a fence and running across an interstate in the most brazen jailbreak Louisiana has seen in recent history.

Authorities on Monday captured three escapees: Lenton Vanburen Jr., Leo Tate and Jermaine Donald. Tate and Donald were the first of the escaped inmates to be found outside Louisiana. They were arrested in Texas after what the Huntsville Police Department described as a high-speed chase involving multiple law enforcement agencies.

As police continue to scour Louisiana for the two remaining New Orleans jail escapees on the run, one fugitive was captured on Monday with the help of an anonymous tip from a concerned citizen. Lenton Vanburen Jr.
