Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn could have summed up his commencement speech in only four words. But, as he told the 100th graduating class at his alma mater -- Salisbury University -- on Thursday, that would make for too short a speech. So Quinn did deliver some remarks.

Quinn and the Commanders hope to build off the huge year and follow it up with another in 2025. Before really getting to work on that, Quinn was invited to be the commencement speaker at Salisbury University; he played on the defensive line there while in college.

Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn is a legend at Salisbury University. That's where Quinn played college football as a defensive lineman from 1989-93. In addition to Quinn's outstanding football career, he was also a track-and-field star, setting the school record for the hammer throw, which remained until 2012.
