Secretary of State Marco Rubio lied up a storm on Tuesday while being confronted by Democratic Sen. Chris Van Hollen of Maryland during testimony in front of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Marco Rubio told Fox News that far-left Democrats espousing regret over voting to confirm him as secretary of state is likely just "confirmation" that he is doing a good job.
