TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - On Friday, NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center released its outlook for Monsoon 2025. At this point, they are leaning to better than average.
NOAA recently issued a forecast for July through September that leans “above normal” for Arizona precipitation.
