Monster Hunter Wilds is undoubtedly one of the biggest video games to release in 2025. It's been sitting towards the top of Steam's Wishlists since the game's practically been announced, and it seems that the launch is going to draw in a massive crowd.

It's not exactly a huge surprise that Wilds has a buit-in photo mode (some people sussed it out in last year's beta, though it was inaccessible), but we got confirmation today during Capcom's Monster Hunter Wilds showcase.

To pause in Monster Hunter Wilds, you must be in “Online Single Player” mode. There are two ways to turn on “Online Single Player” mode in Monster Hunter Wilds: Title screen — After you select your save data, you can choose the “Online Single Player” mode in the lobby select screen.
