It looks like the Chicago Bulls rejected a lucrative trade offer for Lonzo Ball before agreeing $20 million extension with the guard.

For the past few seasons, Lonzo Ball's name has been mentioned in numerous trade talks for the Chicago Bulls. That all came to an end when the Bulls re-signed Lonzo Ball two a two-year, $20 million extension.

While Lonzo Ball was included in some trade speculation ahead of this year's trade deadline, he is happy to be with the Chicago Bulls and ultimately agreed to a two-year, $20 million contract extension.

The Bulls traded Zach LaVine to the Sacramento Kings, but players like Lonzo Ball and Nikola Vucevic stayed in Chicago. There were numerous rumors involving Ball ahead of the deadline, but the Bulls ended up signing him to a contract extension instead of making a trade.
