The U.S. Marshals Service announced the arrests in Portland this week of two men facing sex offense charges in other states. Samuel Linkert, 42, was wanted by police in Minnesota for criminal sexual conduct in the first degree. Authorities there have been looking for Linkert since December 2022, the marshals service said.

Attorney General Pam Bondi is warning California, Maine and Minnesota to comply with the federal antidiscrimination laws that require them to keep boys out of women’s sports or face legal action, Fox News has learned.
