Atlanta demonstrators demand justice for Renee Good, call for ICE accountability in Capitol protest
Hundreds gathered on the steps of the Georgia State Capitol on Thursday night, demanding accountability in the killing of Renee Nicole Good, a 37-year-old U.S. citizen fatally shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer in Minneapolis.
Protestors walked half a mile to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Atlanta field office. They stopped there to chant before making the round trip back to the Georgia State Capitol. The crowd finished their night in under three hours, without disruption, arrests or injuries.

The shooting of Renee Nicole Good is the fourth death involving immigration agents in the past five months. Here's what has happened across the U.S.
The two federal immigration agencies operate under Homeland Security but have separate jurisdictions and responsibilities, according to ICE's website.
Protesters asked Home Depot to keep Immigrations and Customs Enforcement away from its stores. The retailer said it plays no part in detentions.
