The City of Phoenix says vandals poured laundry detergent down the slide, causing soap and suds to spill into the baby pool.

New features, including a new deck sprays and a kiddie fish slide, will be added to the baby pool at North Park. The work is expected to be completed in and the pool is expected to open in the summer.
