The family of the victim in the Troy Corewell shooting said the shooter made offensive comments to the body of the victim’s father at his funeral.

TROY, MI -- Police say there is no active threat to the community following a shooting that took place Thursday morning at Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital. Initial reports suggested an active shooter situation was unfolding at the hospital, but police now say the alleged attack was a “targeted incident.”

Charges have been issued in the shooting at Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital on March 20.Robert Paljusevic, 21, of Shelby Township is charged with Assault with Intent to Murder, Felony Firearm and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
