A man was accused of shooting his friend inside a crowded Target after the victim reportedly stole his gun and tucked it into his pants.

One person was shot and hospitalized following an isolated incident between two people at a Mesa Target on Sunday.

A person was critically wounded in a May 24 shooting about 8 p.m. at the Target located at 1525 S. Power Road in Mesa. A 21-year-old man was held.
