Several counties are getting hit with strong thunderstorms, large hail and flash flooding Tuesday morning, with more storms expected in the afternoon and evening.

The National Weather Service confirmed tornadoes in New Jersey and is investigating whether a tornado also touched down in Westchester County after severe storms swept the region.
