While the NFL free agent market doesn't appear as star-studded this season compared to years past, one potential game-changing wide receiver could be available.

The contract saga between the Cincinnati Bengals and Tee Higgins resembles a rollercoaster. One second, Joe Burrow's public assault on the franchise makes it seem like a long-term deal is inevitable.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals plan on using the franchise tag on Tee Higgins if they're unable to sign him to a long-term extension by the deadline on March 4. There's been plenty of optimism about the possibility of the Bengals signing Higgins to a long-term deal that would keep him in Cincinnati for the foreseeable future.
