Doomsday, a new report has sparked discussion about Deadpool’s potential role in the film. This includes a rumored battle with a key Marvel character. The claim has added to growing speculation surrounding the movie.

That’s a good thing because, in Fox’s movies, Logan overstays his welcome, headlining nearly every project and becoming the de facto leader of the team. Of course, Jackman is a fantastic actor, so it’s not like he doesn’t deserve all the opportunities he gets.

Doomsday is lining up a little team-up that fans will flip out over if true. It sounds like Wade Wilson will be spending most of his time alongside Hugh Jackman ’s Wolverine and Tobey Maguire ’s Spider-Man.

However, there is one factor that is not being taken into account by Marvel, and it greatly contributes to the anticlimactic feeling surrounding the Doomsday trailers: they only confirm what is returning,

There was a series of scenes in the post-credits of Deadpool & Wolverine that didn’t really make any sense, even though it was a sweet sentiment. That said, Avengers: Doomsday finally has a chance to give the Fox X-Men a fond farewell.
