The Cincinnati Reds announced a number of staff changes on Monday afternoon. Willie Harris has been promoted to third base coach. Harris served as the manager of Cincinnati's Low-A affiliate, the Daytona Tortugas, in 2025. The Tortugas made a run in the playoffs before falling in the championship.

Although all of manager Terry Francona's coaches were invited to remain on his staff for the Reds next season, a few changes were announced on Monday. Willie Harris was named as Cincinnati's new third-base coach.
