A Heat Advisory has been issued for most of Central Florida ahead of what will be an afternoon of sweltering temperatures plus scattered downpours and storms.

Rain chances spike to around 60% through the early evening, with numerous storms expected.

A weak cold front and a push of drier air are expected to limit showers and thunderstorms across much of Central Florida on Wednesday.
