Four-year veteran linebacker Ernest Jones will stay in Seattle after he signed a new contract with the Seattle Seahawks. Jones, a former third-round pick, spent the 2024 season with the Seattle Seahawks and Tennessee Titans but also played for the Los Angeles Rams.

A year ago, there was talk of whether or not the L.A. Rams would extend the linebacker, their third round pick in 2021, but Jones was surprisingly traded to the Tennessee Titans for almost nothing right before the season.
