The Supreme Court on Friday cleared the way for the Trump administration to end temporary legal protections for more than 300,000 Venezuelan migrants.

Three lower courts have ruled illegal President Donald Trump's use of emergency powers to impose worldwide tariffs.

If the justices strike them down, "we would be defenseless, leading perhaps even to the ruination of our Nation," Trump wrote in a social media post on Sunday.
