A 39 year-old man was arrested on Sunday after Gaston County Police conducted a welfare check and found a woman dead inside a home. Police state that on Sunday, Feb. 16 around 3:30 p.m. they did a welfare check at a home on Mistywood Drive in Mount Holly.
