Stockbridge Georgia Lottery player wins $4 million in scratch-off game
STOCKBRIDGE, Ga. - Someone in Stockbridge is celebrating a life-changing win after claiming a $4 million Georgia Lottery prize from a scratch-off ticket.
Nearly 625,000 Powerball tickets sold in the United States also won prizes ranging from $4 to $100,000, the lottery said.
