You might recognise Fred Sirieix as the host on Channel 4's television series First Dates, but the much loved maître d’ has just announced the launch of his first-ever wine, a Beaujolais Nouveau 2022.

The book is a homage to Britain by Fred, who moved here just over three decades ago at the age of 20 to take up a job at the three Michelin-starred restaurant La Tante Claire in Chelsea.
