The Cleveland Browns secured their first win in the Dillon Gabriel era and will look to get their second on the road against the New England Patriots in Week 8.

Defensive tackle Mike Hall (knee) and right tackle Jack Conklin (concussion) were among the Browns' five inactive players for the game against the Miami Dolphins. They were two of three who were on there due to injuries, along with tight end David Njoku, who had been ruled out two days earlier with a knee injury.
