The Patriots went back to a familiar formula to score their final touchdown of the day against the Browns: Drake Maye finding Kayshon Boutte deep. This time, the duo connected on a 39-yard TD that very much put the nail in Cleveland’s coffin and further cemented Boutte’s status as a legitimate deep threat.

Defensive tackle Mike Hall (knee) and right tackle Jack Conklin (concussion) were among the Browns' five inactive players for the game against the Miami Dolphins. They were two of three who were on there due to injuries, along with tight end David Njoku, who had been ruled out two days earlier with a knee injury.

Dillon Gabriel throws his second passing touchdown of the season, first as the starting quarterback of the Browns. Capitalizing on the turnover, the Browns' rookies led the charge. Quinshon Judkins marched down the field, and then Gabriel found tight end Harold Fannin Jr. for a touchdown at the goalline. The Browns hold a 7-0 lead.

Cleveland rooke Quinshon Judkins did manage 92 yards rushing on 14 carries, but the Browns won the game thanks to Love's late interception deep in Browns territory (which set up Cleveland's only touchdown) and a blocked field goal that gave them the opportunity to attempt a game-winning kick.
