Xavi Simons’ agents, including his brother Faustino Simons and Marcello Brillmann, an employee of Ali Barat’s agency “Epic Jackson” whom Xavi recently hired due to his good contacts in England, are present at RB Leipzig’s training camp in Donaueschingen and are holding talks with the club.

Chelsea have stepped up their pursuit of RB Leipzig midfielder Xavi Simons, sources have told ESPN. The 21-year-old is open to joining the Premier League club and Leipzig are willing to sell despite only signing Simons on a permanent basis in January for an initial fee of €50 million ($58.8m).

Chelsea have decided not to pursue a deal to sign Alexander Isak from Newcastle United this summer. Isak has submitted a transfer request to the Magpies
