“Happy’s Place” and “St. Denis Medical” aren’t on the current fall 2025 schedule, as they won’t return until November. Also missing from NBC’s first taste of its 2025-2026 schedule is the new Tracy Morgan comedy that the network just picked up.

In addition to The Rookie, the #3 broadcast series this season in multi-platform 18-49, Will Trent, and Celebrity Jeopardy!, ABC’s midseason bench includes American Idol, which traditionally launches in January. (The network also has recently ordered drama pilot RJ Decker in midseason consideration.)

CBS has made a couple swaps in its time slots, Fox has limited scripted programming, and NBC is making space for basketball.

“Found,” “Night Court,” and “The Irrational” ran for two seasons each, while “Lopez vs. Lopez” got three seasons. The “Suits” spinoff, “Suits LA, ” has been axed before the season 1 finale airs on May 18.
