The Texas A&M police X account detailed some of the most absurd and strange arrests from the Lone Star Showdown, which ended in a 17-7 Longhorns victory at Kyle Field.  One of the most popular reports made by Texas A&M police during the game recounted one individual being returned to their wife and bounced from the game.

But Saturday night's Lone Star Showdown at Kyle Field in College Station was the most expensive regular season football game on record. According to StubHub, the average ticket price was $1,100.

"It's just two giants colliding," Longhorn fan Landon Donovan said. There were loud cheers throughout the night at the bars, but maybe none bigger and louder than when the game kicked off, signaling the official return of the rivalry. Texas topped Texas A&M 17-7 to punch a ticket to play in the SEC title game against Georgia next week.
