The Nashville Predators conclude a season-long five-game homestand tonight when they host the Tampa Bay Lightning at Bridgestone Arena. This evening’s contest comes with a special 6:45 p.m. CT puck drop to accommodate staggered start times with all 32 NHL clubs in action.

The Tampa Bay Lightning host the Vegas Golden Knights at Benchmark International Arena on Sunday, Oct. 26 at 5 p.m. ET. The game airs on ESPN+. Tampa Bay won 4-3 at home its last time out on Oct. 25 against the Anaheim Ducks. Vegas' last game was a road loss, 3-0, against the Florida Panthers on Oct. 25.

Nikita Kucherov had an assist for his 1,000th career point as Tampa Bay got its first home win of the season. Victor Hedman registered his 800th career point and Brandon Hagel picked up career point No. 300. Jonas Johansson finished with 37 saves for Tampa Bay, which ended an 0-2-2 stretch with just its second win of the season (2-4-2)

The move makes it clear that newcomer Dominic James isn’t going anywhere. Plus, center Nick Paul nears a return.

Nikita Kucherov’s 1,000th career NHL point cleared the Tampa Bay Lightning bench in the second period of Saturday’s game against the Anaheim Ducks, but it was his 1,001st career point later in the game that made the bigger difference for Tampa Bay.

Tampa Bay Lightning legend Steven Stamkos bought a house on Davis Islands on Sept. 19 for $7.38 million. The home has 9,038 square feet of living space. The home, located at 42 Ladoga Avenue, was bought by Stamkos and his wife Sandra.
